Abstract

Actual problem of the modern anesthesia is the adequate reduction of pain syndrome. Objective of this research is assessment of efficiency of various administration methods to Fentanyl for the pain syndrome relief whether with bolus or subsidized introduction. Observation carried out with 42 female patients aged 18-58 years old, equal in scale and operating trauma gynecological operations. At certain stages: before surgery, at the peak of the operation trauma, at the end of the anesthesia and surgery, and during early postoperative period, there were registered values of hemodynamics, temperature gradient, concentration of cortisol and consumption of Fentanyl.

It was established, that general anesthesia and surgery in the conditions of bolus introduction of Fentanyl was accompanied by hyper-dynamic function of blood circulation, expressed violation on microcirculation and increase of cortisol concentration in the blood. On the contrary, subsidized introduction of Fentanyl provided stability of hemodynamics, microcirculation and neurohumoral status.
